Hi, my name is Wendy I chose yoyo women because really that's fits how my weight goes. I'm 53 and very new to this format. I am on my latest weight loss journey and hope to find support and give support along the way. I have been at this for 6 months now and I'm down 50 pounds give or take I gained back 3 over the holidays and have hit a plateau. It's a daily struggle but I really want to succeed this time and be able to maintain when I do.
