Hi Dora! It looks as though you've lost 40 lbs already, right? That's nothing to sneeze at. Congratulations! You'll start losing again. Sometimes there's a lull in a persons wt loss, then they'll take off and lose again. I just signed on the site, so we'll see what I can do. I live alone so I think boredom is my problem. Maybe reading and communicating with you and others will help me also. Best of luck!!
