Hello Kinessa60! Nice to meet you. I am back on 3FC after a loooong absence and am looking forward to giving and getting support.

Hello! I'm here because I'm trying to (re)start some healthy lifestyle habits. :) I live with my husband who is very supportive but I don't like discussing things like weight and diet in my daily life with people I know. It's just a sensitive topic for me. It feels safer to talk about it here anonymously! I'm a 45 year old woman in the US. I don't weigh myself because the scale is a huge trigger for me. We don't have kids but we do have cats and we love to travel and do projects on our new house together. :) I also knit and crochet and read in my spare time. I love studying languages for fun.
