I have already started making healthier changes before the new year starts. I am aiming for progress not perfection. As long as I can see positive change in my level of exercise or weight loss, I am considering it a win this time. (Lots of work and support from my therapist also helps!)
A little about me...I am a 49 yo postmenopausal women. I had gastic sleeve surgery in 2013. Heighest weight was 296. Lost down to about 232 post surgery. In 2016, I regained to 265 and lost down to 196 by 2018. My CW is 244. Goal weight is a hard one but my short term goal is under 200. Ideally 160 maybe but its been a long time since I saw that number. I would love to give/get some support in my journey. |
