Back again after covid restrictions and working from home for 2+ years!

Also recently moved from a pretty urban setting where walking was easy and accessible to a rural area with no sidewalks…and bears!
Good news…no Door Dash or Uber Eats here!

Need to lose about 30 pounds now especially since I’ve developed some pretty bad arthritis in one knee and really don’t want steroid shots!
So trying to walk more and do low impact Tonal classes, eating healthier and cut down on food consumption.

Welcome back KG123. I have knee issues too so exercise can be tricky. Good luck with it!
