Hii Everyone. I was here several years ago and decided I need to get back in here and get busy. I look forward to meeting everyone and sharing encouragement and progress with one another. I no longer live in Seattle so will be changing my name to Misti in Missouri as soon as I figure out how.:)

Hello. I remember you also. Glad to see you still here. I keep having a lot of trouble accessing and posting in the forum; not sure why.

lol I ended up having 3 surgeries, moved to Missouri, dislocated my shoulder in a fall, broke 5 bones (and tons of bruises) in a car wreck but am doing well. Unfortunately I gained back a lot of weight but have been working hard and lost down to almost what I was at my low point here... working on it. I can't figure out where my tracker went or how to fix it but will work on it. Also trying to change my user name.

Welcome back, I also rejoined the forum after a long absence. Back then I had gotten to around 160 pounds and was close to no longer qualifying as obese. Now I fully back in obesity at 189 and am following a totally different plan. I hope we can support each other.
