Lateral Transfer from another Image Support Forum

I am a returning member. I took a break back in 2018 or so. I had moved to another forum. Unfortunately that forum just wasn't quite the right fit for the Healthy Lifestyle including Healthy Diet and exercise....that I am seeking to strive for.

I am 40+ woman and am usually quite busy with my 2 jobs which take most my time and energy. I want to try and increase my energy so I may exercise more often. I would like to lose the 30 Lbs which I had re-gained during my Covid recess, and sheltering in place for almost 2 years.

Covid made me think twice at first, before going out and taking refreshing walks. The gym and local swim pools were also all closed up.

I am only now trying to create time in my schedule, since returning to both my jobs, for exercise at least 4x per week.

I am trying out a new liquid diet using Slim Fast. I chose to try the Keto Powder first. I went out and purchased a tall plastic shake measuring cup, ordered the Keto powder and am beginning my liquid diet tomorrow morning. Instead of toast and an egg, or cereal I will make a breakfast shake.

Then for lunch I plan to have a small box of tuna and a Luna Bar for a sugar low snack.

I have done this in the past and lost almost 65 Lbs. The only difference is that I was seeing a dietician, a body worker, a shrink, and was enrolled in a gym as well as lap swim classes.

I would like to wet my toes once again and the gym, well it's hard to find time so not sure about that. Its easier and safer 4 me to swim in a single, lane all to myself than to take a chance of feeling crowded in a small gym environment.

I wanna be a little chunky but not really too overweight. I wanna be able to eat foods I love w/o feeling guilty. I wanna healthy body, and inner peace in achieving this goal......

Am I asking too much of myself?
