Hey everyone! I am starting a weight loss journey and would like to find some online support. I have made many attempts in the past however I am buckling down so that this is my last attempt! I feel held back by my weight and have always felt very self-conscious. I crossed into the 200s during the pandemic and I think that was a wake-up call for me. But anyway let's do this!
