hello 3fatchicks,

I am 49M from the UK (I hope being male is okay, I wasn't sure). I am 19.1st (267lb / BMI 38) & would like to get down to 12.7st (175lb / BMI 25).

I'm doing it for my health, self-image & to be able to be more active without hauling around an extra 90lb+.

I've had vague intentions of losing weight for a while, but I've piled on 35lb during Covid which has spurred me to reach out for some support & to make myself accountable.
