Long story short. I have piled, not just the pounds, but stones on since this horrible pandemic started. My husband has booked a holiday in Scotland for May and I would like to have lost most of this flab. My behind is giving cause for concern, if it gets much bigger it will have its own post(zip) code.

I am determined to do this. But I am also realistic and know from experience that I will need one heck of a lot of support.

I am 71 with COPD and problems with my joints, all will become much better as the blubber comes off.

Welcome :). I also gained extra weight due to the pandemic. Now I struggle with this by spending a lot of time in the gym. Thanks to this, I have more time for sports, cooking delicious and healthy food, or just walking in the fresh air
