Hi, I'm Kalthia (or Betty if you like real names)

I am signing up for Ideal Protein tomorrow, starting Sunday for real....
This will be the first time I have used a guided diet service, but I am desperate.
Age has brought about weight gain that I have been unable to stop... so here I go.

I am very much hoping that this will work for me.

I live in a rural setting outside of Washington, DC.
I have two dogs, a husband, etc. :)
