Obviously, I am no longer the thinner person I had become all those years ago I have gone through quite a bit of trauma in the past 7-8 years that has seen me put all the weight I had lost back on. But now I'm ready to get my weight back down and live life as the size I've always wanted!

I'm hoping this forum is still as supportive as before. Nonetheless, it's good to be here to at least keep myself accountable. Now all I have to do is get some scales and I'll be able to keep an accurate record of my journey
