Hi, i am here

Hello , I am zikri and wanna make friends with everyone here.
By profession , I am technical instructor but love to talk and share about healthy since 2 years ago after experience heart attack.
Now , I am recovery process and getting better and better. Would like to learn from everyone here , hopefully to get good info and sharing .
