Hi, just a brief intro
 

I'm Tim, and I suffered from confidence issues in the past due to weight problems. However, it wasnt until recently that I actually put my foot down and changed my entire lifestyle: better eating habits, exercise, even bought a course that looked darn suspicious but somehow worked lol. I recently found this forum and just wanted to share with people how I've changed and hopefully help others that were like me. Hi everyone!
