I am a single 34 year old gal, living in the Baltimore area. I gained approximately 90 pounds over the past 3 years. This is my heaviest weight ever. I'm coming to terms with the fact that it isn't going to go away over night and there are no quick fixes. A lot of professional and personal goals have recently come to fruition and I feel like my weight is preventing me from fully enjoying them. I'm looking forward to engaging with the community and finding some accountability/support.
