hi everyone; just found this group today and signed on because A) i loved the name and B) was very pleased to see that this is a very active community. i had great success with my only other online support group (quitting smoking) so i know how helpful they can be.
i want to eat healthy (diabetes in the family) just as much as i want to lose weight and am just as happy to give support where i can as to receive it.
let the success story begin !
