Hello all

Hi Gang. I'm not sure how many guys are on here, ha. Fitness changed my life and helped me overcome addiction over 7 years ago. I have no idea where I would be without it but probably dead. It's important for me to give back every way I can and I just heard about this forum. I wanted to join and offer my support along with things that have worked for me.
