Hi there my name is Klaus. A friend of mine suggested I check this forum out. I have been trying to lose weight and I am just not doing very well on my own. I'm here to hopefully meet some like minded people so that we may support each other!!

Welcome Klaus, This is one of the more active weight loss forums. Are you following a specific plan? There are a number of focus groups based on your eating plan, amount you want to lose, etc. I suggest looking around and find a group that is a good fit. It is terrific to have folks in the same situation so you can share frustrations, victories and strategies. :) There are a lot of knowledgeable folks here too.
