Getting lost

HI everyone!
I'm extremely excited about joining! I have been trying to lose some weight for a while now and it just seems like I am going no where. I am 5'11 and 187.6 Ibs. Which I know compared to some may seem not bad at all, but I can't stand to see the cellulite on my legs and stomach anymore. My arms too large and my armpit fat has gone to far. This a bit of a depressing into but I am jusy starting to feel so lost because my weight is not changing with all the work I am putting in.

:welcome: Imtryin and :wel3fc:

There are a bunch of places to look into around here to find a group to your liking.

Hope you do well with your exercise plan and eating plan.

P.S. "Junior Member" merely means that you haven't posted a bunch yet; it doesn't convey age.

Welcome!.. My thighs and legs are tough places for me to lose but I find weight training makes a huge difference. Are you using weights? It can be a grind and the changes take time but my batwings have substantially decreased and my arms are starting to have definition after 4 months of weights (and I have a lot more fat---it would likely show much quicker for you). Same with legs. I went to PT for a bad knee in January and have been doing the exercises 3x a week. Not only do I have more function, but my thighs and calves are noticeably thinner. It is a long process, nothing comes easy, but you can make changes with stubborn determination. ;)
