Loose skin
Hi everyone!! I’m new here👍 I have lost 52 pounds already and would like to loose about 23 more. I’m older and my skin isn’t bouncing back as quickly as it did before. So now I have flabby inner arms and legs. Any recommendations??
I walk every other day for 4-5 miles and the other days I do floor exercises to try and tighten things up. |
