Hello everybody. I am so glad to be here in this forum. I hope i can inspire you
with my health jerney. I am from sweden, 55+. My weight has gone from 58 kg- 73 kg.
But now i have lost some kg, now my new weight is 69-70 kg. But i really want to share with you how i have done. With some good food and exercises, and some more.:) Have a nice day.Here in Sweden the clock is 20.23.
