New hear, just looking for some motivation
Hi, I'm a newbie to this forum.
I'm a professional yo-yo dieter, mostly because I easily get distracted. Not discouraged, just distracted. I have to have a very iron-clad routine to maintain successful weight loss. But with a job, a husband, and two babies, distractions happen and I get off course. Blah blah blah.
I'm here to meet some new people and maybe get some good ideas on how to be successful.
