And 2 stones up. The problem is, that we had several holidays last year and very little time for damage limitation in between. I have learned. Our next one is Scotland in October, so no excuse about not getting back into shape/

How quickly did the 2 stones come on? That's 28 lbs or 13 kg for the rest of us.

What do you think you could do differently on holiday to limit the damage?

The gain was gradual over 4yrs. So it is back to Slimming World. We both certainly didn't eat like pigs over a short time I can assure you
