Hello!

  • After seeing the name of the site I knew I had to join!

    My name is Shae and I live in a small town in Northern BC. I am currently 195 lbs - ouch. This winter has not been kind to my scale! My goal is to be healthy and strong, and superficially to not have a bigger waist measurement than my husband!

    I started the 100 days of 100 exercises challenge yesterday with 100 squats and man are my thighs sore today! Today is planks - 100 second total (broke into 20 second increments) is the start, with the end goal at 100 days being able to do a 3 minute plank. I also cut out all soda, am down to 1 coffee a day and if I am thirsty I drink water. If I'm peckish, I drink water. If I'm bored, water. So I am also peeing a lot. TMI?

    I plan on spending a bit of time exploring the forum so let me just say hi and I look forward to chatting with you all!

    Stepped on the scale this morning and it read 192. Yay water weight! lol
