Hello! New here

Hello! I started reading this forum a couple of months ago but this I my first post. I appreciate all your encouragement and knowledge so I wanted to be one more active instead of lurking. I started my weight loss journey on Jan 9th. Today. I’m down 22.2 pounds with a long way to go.
