Looking for Happiness

Hello everyone,

I basically had a horrible 2018 and I want 2019 to not be a repeat of that. I'm glad this forum has been created. I've been lurking for years and as of recent, I felt that I should contribute.

I suffer with the diagnosis of Depression, anxiety and Panic attacks, PTSD, ADD, Paranoia, Borderline, and Bi Polar disorder. In addition to knee pain followed by three courses of Physical Therapy, two small procedures on the back of my knee and two knee surgeries

welcome jmk, even I am new in this forum, I hope to find support for my path.
Also I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, now I am following an autogenic traning course, I am confident.
