Hello to all of you! I wish you all to fulfill your goas as well as me-mine.
I've just registered, and i didnt finished my profile yet. I am on south beach diet from 2 weeks and i decided to continue phase 1 one more week. I have lots of kilos to loose and for now i am motovated enough to do so. For phase 1 till now i've lost a bit more than 2 kg.
