Hello All!

  • Hi all. I just registered so I haven't completed my profile yet. My goal is to reduce fat while becoming more defined. I am making slow but steady progress (I think) with a high energy diet and basic weight training program in the gym. I also do some cardio.

    I'm eating foods that are recommended to increase overall energy levels and for brain health. Omega 3 is one of them so I am trying to take in as much oily fish as possible. Also, a lot of wholegrain stuff.
  • First time I read about it, I'm gonna have to look it up, I focus on protein and veggies, but that would help a lot! Thanks for sharing!
