Hi all. I just registered so I haven't completed my profile yet. My goal is to reduce fat while becoming more defined. I am making slow but steady progress (I think) with a high energy diet and basic weight training program in the gym. I also do some cardio.
Hello and welcome to the group! Congrats on your progress so far high energy diet, do you mean high protein or is it an other type of diet ?
I'm eating foods that are recommended to increase overall energy levels and for brain health. Omega 3 is one of them so I am trying to take in as much oily fish as possible. Also, a lot of wholegrain stuff.
