I'm new here, and need to lose between 10 and 15 pounds. I've gotta get back to my summer weight asap :D ! I've started to work out more, and am now weight training and running a 5k multiple times a week, but I would like to get in the gym more, and lose weight while also getting in shape! Who's with me? |
