hello everyone
hello everyone I'm am a 33 yr old mom of 4 crazy but wonderful kids.. I'm here because I went to the doctor last week and after stepping on a scale I realized I needed to do something.. i hadn't been on the scale since i had my last child 2 yrs ago and i guess i was just in denial about how much i let myself go. i need to lose about 40lbs to be where i want. ive done the whole dieting thing before and it just didn't stick so i figured i needed to try something different along with diet and exercise and that's why I'm here.. wish me luck:)
