Please Help Me!! I've gone from a size 16 to size 20!!! I caught my man cheating two years ago and simply cant seem to do anything right since! I feel I'm on a downward spiral and cannot stop! Does anyone have a diet that is simple to prepare? I work more than 40 hours a week. Please help me! All I do is work and eat. I'm very alone...any advice you have is appreciated - TRULY!;)
