trying it out
Hello,
I'm male, 39, 6'1'' and weigh 290lbs. I'm looking for support from others and to be able to provide support to others. I've never tried a support group for weight loss and think it could have a great impact on helping me lose weight and staying healthy. I'm looking for information on other good tools to help me keep track of the food I eat, my exercise, and possibly my sleep habits. Thanks for any suggestions and your support!! LosinIt |
Welcome! I don't have any particular site to recommend for tracking, but I wholeheartedly agree to working on your sleep. Let that be your first step. :)
