trying it out

    I'm male, 39, 6'1'' and weigh 290lbs. I'm looking for support from others and to be able to provide support to others. I've never tried a support group for weight loss and think it could have a great impact on helping me lose weight and staying healthy. I'm looking for information on other good tools to help me keep track of the food I eat, my exercise, and possibly my sleep habits. Thanks for any suggestions and your support!!

    Thank you! I'll see what I can do. I have a Fitbit I haven't been wearing recently that can record some info on sleep activity. I'll use it probably. I just signed up for myfitnesspal and am tracking my exercise and food that way. Not sure I can juggle all the different apps and websites if I sign up with more. Would be nice to have everything integrated. Take care!
