Hello Everyone,
I am looking for support as I start my weight loss journey. I am 31 with 4 kids (11,9,6, and 3). I do not work as I am going to college full time right now. I have recently come to terms with the fact that I have gained a good bit of weight and its gotta go. My husband my family don't support me in my weight loss goals. I am the one who cooks so I am going to start cooking low carb and if they want something else they can get in the kitchen and cook it. I look forward to meeting some new friends and to build a support group on here.

Hi, I am new also. I have gotten older,and allowed a few health issues plus menopause to really make me gain the weight. My family is supportive but I got no will power now,so I am hoping to find people on same path as me also.
