    I am new and just starting a weight loss programme.

    I am doing the Dukan Diet and I am 3 days in and feeling ok!

    Just wanted to say 'hi' and wonder if anyone else may be doing it too?

    If not, it would be great to just have people stay in touch so we can support each other on whichever plan we are on.
