Optavia user in Maryland
 

Hello all!
I'm a newbie here, thought I'd say hi!

I'm 49 and have been overweight all my life. At 5'7" my heaviest was a round 255 when I was working in a call center. I lost some weight but hovered around 215-220 for years.

Started Optavia in November of 2017 and am now down to 180. Not quite where I want to be but a lot closer than where I was. Having some issues with staying on plan, plus I want tips and suggestions on other aspects of the journey.

I'm here because I want a separate venue other than my regular Optavia support group on FB.
