Hi - I was on WW's for several months. I had slow weight loss of 1/2 lb week. I lost a total of 12 lbs, but it took several months. I went to the online program and then WW changed the program to Freestyle. I had very little luck with the change. I miss the Smart Points. I tried Itrack bites, but my android phone did not work well with the app. Gained the 12 lbs I lost back.
I was looking for a group that wasn't public on facebook and found this one. I really need some support and accountability. Would love to have some "friends". :^:
