I am looking for a community to help hold me accountable for staying on plan . Over 6 years ago I weighed 223 and reached my goal of 130 . I am not doing well with staying on my WOE . I yo yo and get really worried about gaining my weight back. I am 156 last weigh in .
My body seems very comfortable around the 160 weight .
I am 5'3 . I need to be careful with my weight .
My goal is 130 .
I use to thrive emotionally and weight ..doing Low Carb. I have not found my way back to sticking one day . Carbs seem to be my "Best Friend " lately.
I really could use some support ...and I will try my best to give some too
