Hello! My name is Ashley. I created my community name when I had 2 girls, I just had my 3rd 9 weeks ago so I am back! I had a rough pregnancy. I had gotten down to:carrot: 169 lbs last June (this was a comfortable weight for me); then found out I was preggo (2nd BC baby). At 25 weeks I got put on bed rest. I had to stop working out and I got so depressed I gained 46 lbs. The most I've gained in a pregnancy ever!! Long story short I ended up having an emergency c-section and the weight is not wanting to fall off. I started back at the gym 1 week ago and I'm changing my eating habits. I still have 30 more lbs to go to get back to where I was. So I'm here to lose the lbs, get my confidence back, defeat the depression, and get my sexy back! :carrot:
