My intro
Hey. I used to weigh in at around 190 pounds but I am currently 135 pounds and hoping to get down to 111 pounds. My bad zones are well everywhere, my thighs, my gut and my arms are the worst. My plan is counting and restricting calories as well as being cautious about carbohydrates, fat, sodium and of course processed sugars. I try to stick to a raw vegan diet but sometimes cooked foods and meat manage to slip in on occasions. For exercise I walk, bike and ride horses when I can. I am making progress slowly, but surely. Anyway I am glad I found this place and hope to make some good friends in a similar boat.
