AGAIN (and again...)
I am back (though under a new name).
I've had issues with weight my whole life. And it keeps me from doing things sometimes. Embarrassed about what someone who has not seen me in a while will think. I successfully dropped almost 100 pounds in 2012. Then so many disappointing and grief filled things happened, I stopped caring. And while I'm not at my high, I am much too close. Beginning Again. Sensible. Not looking for a quick fix. I do know how to do this. Started this morning. Looking forward to supporting on your journey as well. My goal? 100 pounds by March 1, 2019! |
