Hello,
I was searching for weight loss support groups and came across this website and thought I'd give it a try. Im a 33 yr old female with 2 young kids and I am ready to get back on the wagon. We have recently moved due to my husband being military and I find myself leading a more sedentary lifestyle. All the stress has caused me to emotionally eat and gain weight and the weight is causing me to be depressed. It definitely is harder to lose weight than it used to be but I need to keep myself accountable. :carrot:
