I am Effy, I am 31 and from England UK
I've been in and out of this dieting wagon for years, gained weight, lost weight and things have up and down for quite sometime and now my weight is heading in the right direction and I am really glad that this is happening for me. A majority of the weight I have lost over the few months has been due to stress and due to working part time and walking home from my last job. But it's made me very determined to meet my goals and I have also made a WhatsApp group if anyone is interested in joining please PM me.

I have also got scoliosis in my spine and possible Fibromyalgia and mental health conditions +dyspraxia.
