I’ve letbmyself get out of shape, overweight, and sedentary.
Joy! LOL.
Now, it’s time to get it together.
I am enjoying life, but I have let myself go...ugh.
Thinking of starting a commercial, home delivery diet program. Still undecided.
Looking forward to using this site to help me, inspire and motivate me on my journey. Would love to make some weight loss friends/buddies along the way.
