Newbie Here!!

Hello every one, I just started The Atkins diet on Jan 29, 2018, (I was going to start on Feb 1 but my OCD wouldn't let me start mid week) I weighed in this morning an already lost 5.9 pounds. THIS IS AWESOME :carrot:. I am doing this with one other person in my office, but needed a forum I could follow in my off time.
