Newbie..small introduction
 

Hello Everybody,

Just wanted to drop in quickly and introduce myself, I'm from England have been living in Houston for about a year now young 33 year old. Looking to start 2018 off in the right way, this forum seems as good as a place as any to start off the right way. I've joined up for any advice feedback and generally to make some new friends who are trying to achieve goals similar to mine for weight loss. I'm currently at 200 pounds and I'm looking to get to 170 pounds within a realistic 4 months or so. I hope to gain a lot of insight and knowledge here.
