Hi Everyone,
I'm new to website.Not sure how to navigate it either. I used the Ideal Protein Pan in 2015.
It was very successful. Lost a lot of fat off my waist, back, & thighs.
Have experienced multiple heath issues in 2016 & 2017. Very inactive. Returned to some unhealthy eating habits, put the weight back on.
The Ideal Protein Plan worked great, but too expensive. Would like to view 3fatchicks products. I'm having great difficulty doing so.
Help please somebody!

You don't have to spend a lot of money to eat healthy. You can get cheap healthy foods from the supermarket.

I just googled "cheap healthy foods" and I found two good lists.

Check the prices in your supermarket because different supermarkets have different prices. Also look for sales.

I'm not aware of any products that 3FC sells, but they do have recipes.
