Starting Over!
 

I’m starting over after losing about 100lbs between 5-6 years ago. I lost that 100lbs in about a year and then spent about 2.5 years slowly gaining it back. I decided today that I can’t continue to do this. This site was a big help during my previous weight loss journey so I decided to come back.
I will be 40 this year on my birthday and I don’t plan to go into my 40s at this weight. My first goal is to lose 50lbs by birthday, which is the beginning of July. I know that seems like a lot but given my current weight it is doable.

I look forward to losing with you ladies and gentlemen and gathering information and inspiration from you along the way.
