Hello everyone. New around these parts. Thank you for having me. I became a lifetime WW member on July 15, 2017. I have been able to maintain that goal weight fairly well. I went on a Ketogenic diet in November and have just switched back to WW and the new "Freestyle" plan. Not convinced it's a good plan as of yet but will give it the old college try! Good to be here. Welcome to 3FatChicks Lady Ozark. Congratulation on becoming a WW Lifetime Member. I think the WW Freestyle plan is a good healthy plan as long as you don't overeat. You could probably eat to satisfaction with free foods only, without using your points at all. One could easily overeat by doing that and then eating all the points because they have them. I hope you continue to maintain.
