Except for being pregnant, I'm at my heaviest right now at 170 lbs.
A year ago I was under 150lbs, eating clean and working out almost daily when I started having abdominal pain that just wouldn't go away. I slowly stopped working out and then lost my food control too.
Dr still isn't sure what the problem is, I'm on stomach meds which help some but I feel like I've gained weight much faster since starting them in November (more than 10 lbs). I'm really looking for some accountability I guess, I've tried multiple times to get back on track since last spring and failed very quickly (as recently as last week when I worked out three days straight, tracked all my meals, then just quit again).
Hoping to gain some momentum following some others progress and having somewhere to share my own!
